Terms and Conditions

SellFileFast is an online platform that allows creators to upload digital files, set prices, and share paid access links. Buyers can pay to unlock and download the content. By using SellFileFast you agree to these terms.

SellFileFast charges a platform fee of 14% on each sale. Creators keep 86% of the sale amount. Referral and network rewards, if applicable, are paid out from the platform fee pool and do not reduce the creator's share further.

During the launch phase, payouts are handled manually. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum payout amount: 50 EUR
• Payouts may be subject to a security hold of up to 7 days after the sale
• SellFileFast may delay or withhold payouts in cases of refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, policy violations, or disputes
• Payout schedules are approximately weekly or bi-weekly during the launch phase

Creators are solely responsible for owning the rights to any content they upload and sell. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal material, content infringing third-party copyrights, abusive, violent, or fraudulent material, malware, and phishing content. SellFileFast reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

As digital content is delivered instantly, refunds are generally not guaranteed after access has been granted. Refund requests may be considered in cases of technical failure, duplicate charges, or proven fraud. Please contact support for refund requests.

SellFileFast may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including in cases of fraud, chargebacks, prohibited content, or abusive behaviour.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use of SellFileFast after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. This is an initial launch version.
